On July 31, 2026, the project entitled “Creating a Research Infrastructure that Generates New Discoveries through Specialized Human Resources and a Wide-Area Research Infrastructure Network”, led by the University of Tsukuba in collaboration with Ibaraki University, Ochanomizu University, and the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, an Inter-University Research Institutes Corporation (KEK), was selected for the Empowering Research Platform for Outstanding Creativity & Harmonization (EPOCH) of the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
Through the IMAGINE THE FUTURE. Forum, we will work in collaboration with this project to promote initiatives aimed at facilitating the effective use of shared research equipment to support joint development, prototyping, demonstration, and the acceleration of societal implementation with companies.
